Behavior:
You may encounter an error message when using New Outlook after switching URLs to access a different organization with DocuWare for Outlook after clearing the cache. Clearing the cache deletes temporary data, such as images and scripts, to improve app performance, but not settings, logins, and preferences.
Solution:
If you are experiencing this issue while switching between organizations using New Outlook, please refer to the following guide:
- Clear the Outlook cache
- Close New Outlook.
- Access the Command Prompt via Windows key + R, type "cmd", then type in the following command:
olk.exe --clearLocalState - Reboot your computer
Note: Running this command will delete your Outlook profile. The next time you open New Outlook, you will be prompted to add your account.
After completing these steps, you should be able to access the other organization in DocuWare for Outlook without encountering the error.
