Scenario:
When attempting to log on to DocuWare Cloud via Planet Press, the following error is encountered:
"Connection problem Error: Network response was not ok"
"Connection problem Error: Network response was not ok"
Solution:
This issue occurs when the URL configuration in Planet Press is incorrect. In Planet Press, the "Platform" field is used to construct the URL required to access DocuWare. If additional information is appended after your cloud URL, Planet Press generates an invalid URL, such as:
https://YourCloudAccount.docuware.cloud/docuware/docuware/platform
To resolve this issue, ensure that only the following format is used in the Platform field:
https://YourCloudAccount.docuware.cloud/docuware/platform
