you can just create a new trial with the same email address.
There is also another way with a little bit more effort: Just head over to the DocuWare Configurations and delete all file cabinets, document trays and everything else. As there are some dependencies, you might have to delete items in a special order. e.g. you need to delete workflows before you can delete the assigned file cabinet.
