I am trying to Docuware cloud in a tria version for certification purposes, instead of creating an empty cloud trial, i imported the preconfigurations.
How can I revert to an empty cloud trial.

Hi Maingwe Mbao, 

you just create a new cloud trial without preconfiguration.
Removing the preconfigured solution is a lot more time consuming.

A quick question; Since i have already used my email address with the first trial request, how can I cancel the existing cloud trial so that I can start afresh.
I will appreciate your guidance on this.

Hi Maingwe Mbao,

you can just create a new trial with the same email address.

There is also another way with a little bit more effort: Just head over to the DocuWare Configurations and delete all file cabinets, document trays and everything else. As there are some dependencies, you might have to delete items in a special order. e.g. you need to delete workflows before you can delete the assigned file cabinet.
