A customer located in Turks & Caicos is unable to access https://support.docuware.com/.
They receive an error message: "The request is blocked."
They get the same response when testing from their personal cell phone web browser.
 
Is Turks & Caicos geoblocked from accessing the support portal? If so, what workaround do you recommend?
