RE: workflow designer task "could not find any user for assignment"
Hi Alex, I believe you are correct. Upon further review, the 'timeout' escalation: reassignment is the error the email was pointing to.

workflow designer task "could not find any user for assignment"
I am getting the follow error and I am unsure how to resolve it. See below:
Dear Controller,
an error occurred in workflow [Workflow Name]. The activity [Activity Name] could not find any user for assignment. The next task was assigned to controllers.
In order to get more information on the error message and resolve the issue, please follow the link:[Link]
When I review the WF history, I see the user assignments. All three users are active and have Named licenses. How do I fix this?
Thanks, -
need report of last log in for users
Are there additional methods of obtaining a report identifying the last log in for users? I am familiar with the following:
1. Audit reports: organization logging: export to excel, limited to 90 days.
2. Requesting a SOC 2 report from DocuWare.
Also, will the SOC 2 report provide me with last log in details?
Thank you, -

Will modifying workflow activity titles disrupt any logic?
I want to utilize the workflow activity title for adding descriptions. For example, I have an assign data activity, the name of the activity is "assign data #1". If I modify the name, will this disrupt any logic, anywhere? Web services, database, etc.
Thanks,
