    Control + A, Delete Key. Rinse and repeat - 750 times.
    A Web Tray is basically the same structure as a file cabinet, so you must delete the documents in an orderly manner.

    The attachments are there. When you drag an MSG file from the file system in to the DocuWare web tray, DocuWare renders the email itself to an image for viewing. You cannot see the attachments because you are not looking at the actual file. Remember that attachments are embedded in the email. Now, if you right click and select Edit, the file will be opened in Outlook (or whatever the default mail client is) and you can then view the attachments. Do not expect a drag and drop operation to split out attachments and clip them to the email as that process is simply bring in the file regardless of what it is. It does not care that it is an email.
    So if they wish to see the attachments in the DocuWare viewer, you must use Connect to Outlook.

    This can be accomplished by using a Web Service. The DocuWare API can be used by the web service to query the file cabinet and obtain the value for you. If you have no programming skills at your disposal our Professional Services can certainly provide a quote to implement a solution.

    You cannot color individual input areas of the form, but you can certainly overlay the data on to your form.

    To download licenses you still need to log in to the Partner Portal. On the DocuWare main page, select Partners then Partner Portal.

    As I said, the only problem is that there is no error message issued to the user. Otherwise it if failing to update as it should. The issue is fixed in DocuWare 7.
