Hi Michael, 

you can use Split(String, String, Int32, CompareMethod) in an arithmetic expression in workflow designer to get a specific part of the filename. 
You might need to use it multiple times and play around with multiple global variables for this.

this is most likely due to the fact that CSV files in Germany are not separated by a comma, but by semicolon - its just a different standard in Germany than in the US.
The German developers probably didn't think this through and implemented it only with semicolon CSV files.

JobRouter ist ja ein komplett anderes (Konkurrenz-)Produkt und daher eigentlich nicht Thema dieses Forums. 

Sie können allerdings, sofern Sie JobImport lizensiert haben, für ein neues/geändertes Dokument in DocuWare mithilfe eines Datenbanktriggers einen Eintrag in die Tabelle JRJOBIMPORT schreiben lassen. Dieser löst dann einen JobRouter Prozess aus, in welchem Sie Ihre Benachrichtigungen laufen lassen können.

Die Anbindung für DocuWare die Sie meinen, bezieht sich auf den Punkt "DocuWare" in der Seitenleiste über welchen Sie den WebClient als iFrame in JR aufrufen können. Außerdem auf Dialogintegrationen in Prozessen.

Hi Doug, 

first, you need to calculate the date for the notification.
For this, you can use an arithmetic expression with DateAdd() and store the result in a DateTime variable. 
Next, you can create a time delay step which delays until the date from your variable is reached.
Keep in mind that time delay needs a date with time. When writing a date without time to a date variable, the time is automatically set to 12 pm UTC.
You might need to use a second DateAdd() to set the time to a different value.

Once the DateTime is reached, your task is triggered.

to my understanding, the writeback for one entry happens after every found entry was processed.
However, I have not tested this and am not 100% sure.

Hi Mike, 

this is expected behavior. Export/Import files are usually not compatible between versions.
Same for Desktop Apps. As a DocuWare Partner with customers on different Versions, I have 7.4 Desktop Apps on my PC and use a VM for 7.3 Desktop Apps. Once 7.5 starts to roll out, I will have a VM for 7.5 Desktop Apps as well.
