Thanks for replying. Can you have multiple instances of intelligent indexing on 1 document tray?

We have on-premise clients who access their DocuWare database to create important reports using third party applications. This is crucial to their daily operations. They have expressed interest in moving over to DW Cloud, but we have been informed they will no longer be able to access the database by doing so. Is this correct and is there a workaround for this?
