DocuWare Forms uses standard HTML 5 functionality for our signature control. It takes input from a mouse or touch screen and creates an image out of it to place on the form.

Note:
It does not work with Topaz or other signature pads, but a standard graphics tablet can be used.

Hello Callum,

By product design the only MFP that you can connect to DWCloud is Connect to Ricoh.  You may use any other scanner and send it to a folder and upload via FTP to DWCloud to a basket.

No, updatating via Request will not work. As per FAQ 3317 https://docuware.com/support_faq/index.php?action=artikel&cat=191&id=1879&artlang=en&highlight=upgrade+paths the proper upgrade path is:

DocuWare 5.1c (SP1/SP2)

1. Upgrade to DocuWare 6.7
2. Upgrade to DocuWare 6.12
