OCR Data-1534519355

I remember in Fortis if  you were to OCR a document it would add a page, or multiple pages, that would contain the OCR data in text format. You could then copy that data out and put it in an email or a Word document. Is there anything like that in DocuWare? Can we grab the OCR data when it is performed on a page/document?

DocuWare places all OCR'd test in to a data blob in the database. We store nothing of fulltext in the file system.

Hi Seth,

in the viewer you could use the "Copy to Clipboard" tool. Then you can select the text on the document and it is automatically copied to the clipboard so you can reuse it in an email.
