Link docs via menu

Hi this function was in place before I started with the company  ..I am not sure how to add this link function to a new file cabinet .  to link 2 document using a common field that the 2 documents have in common .

I suppose that you're looking for the 'Document Relations' as this is called now in recent Docuware versions. Before it was called 'Document Links'.
