Integration with RPA Automation Anywhere

Does anyone have any experience of integrating DocuWare with RPA Automation Anywhere? Can this software accept .CSV files? I've asked the question in their support portal, but not received a response.  Thank you, Jan Henderson, ToshibaTEC
