I'm inquire about the possibility of obtaining the full MSI or EXE package for deploying the DocuWare Desktop Client to our end users.

At our organization, we utilize SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager) and ManageEngine for streamlined software deployment and management processes. To ensure a consistent and efficient deployment of the DocuWare Desktop Client, we would greatly appreciate having access to a full MSI or EXE package that can be easily deployed through these tools.

Having a full package would enable us to seamlessly distribute the software to multiple end users, minimizing any potential complexities during the deployment process

For Desktop Apps with software deployment (silent install), please see KBA-36543 - it contains all the information you need, if you are using Version 7.4 or newer. If you are still on an older version, you can find articles in the KB for that as well, but you should consider upgrading anyway.
