RE: HTTP 500 Internal Server Error every 40-50 days

Based on a recent support investigation, the issue is often caused by a broken or outdated .NET Hosting Bundle on the DocuWare server, which prevents IIS app pools from starting.
The recommended solution is to download and install or repair the latest .NET Hosting Bundle.- You can find it here: https://dotnet.microsoft.com/en-us/download/dotnet/8.0
- After installing, restart IIS or the individual DocuWare app pools.
