I have exported a Document Processing configuration json file from the WebUI, and am able to import that into StorageRobot. 
However, it seems to ignore the file, as resulting index fields are blank upon Document import. 
How can we use StorageRobot to help us populate some index fields on the documents it processes for us?
Is this only achievable by having the IDP add-on module? 


 

Our use case is there would be multiple 'Document Processing' configurations in the Web UI, and then we would replicate them in the Desktop App as individual Import Jobs.  We could have a single source folder, contain multiple document types.

However, upon trying to do this, the Desktop App Import Job can not have multiple configurations pointing to the same 'Source Folder'.
Error message:  'The selected folder is already watched by another configuration'.

Anyone have a best practice on how to handle this particular use case?
