Where is Service Control located in DocuWare version 7.14 and above?

Answer:
Comencing in DocuWare version 7.14, the DocuWare Service Control is no longer included with DocuWare Server systems. If you update to version 7.14, DocuWare Service Control will be uninstalled from your system. For new installations or when setting up new servers, Service Control it will not be installed by product design. 

To manage and configure your system, please use the DocuWare Server Manager. Server Manager will replace all of the functionalities of the retired DocuWare Service Control.
