Scenario:
When reviewing prospects in My Business, certain customers are not visible even after confirming rights to view customer data.
 
Solution:
Please refer to the following solutions to resolve this behavior;
  • Certain VPN security measures can prevent access to certain aspects of My Business. To ensure this is not the case, disable your VPN and refresh the page.
     
  • If you have previously set filters, they can affect your search for certain customers/prospects. Clear out the filters and reattempt to search for your customer/prospect.
     
  • A higher percentage of zooms can hide certain information, such as customers/prospects. Reduce the current browser zoom and try again. 
If you are still having issues viewing Customers and Prospects, submit a Support Request so DocuWare Support can investigate further and find a solution.

  • The prospected created through the lead protection is not visible in the customer and prospect list of the partner portal.
    Also the Cloud created for internal partner use is also not visible in the portal. below is the link to the activated cloud.
