Why am I seeing SYSTEM/Archive events in Document History?


Answer: 
The "SYSTEM/Archive" entries in the document history indicate that the auditing entries have been moved from the database (for performance reasons).
The message at the bottom of the document history list stating, "Older events have been archived. To view these, please contact our support team" is displayed if the Audit Storage of your Cloud Organization has grown to a size larger than 2.5GB. All Audit record older than 30 days will not be shown in the result list.
