    these are for terminal servers, but should work for normal clients as well.

    das Recht dafür wird über Funktionsprofile zugewiesen und ist standardmäßig im "Default Organization Profile", welches allen Usern zugeteilt ist, enthalten. Wenn Sie das Recht zur Stempelverwaltung aus diesem Funktionsprofil entfernen, sollte es bei allen Usern verschwinden.

    Gleiches gilt auch für Briefkörbe.

    Hello Daniel,

    if you have trouble formatting this way, you could also try to get this data with a webservice (that is how I usually export to software like Sage).
    You can write a webservice in your preferred language and build a workflow which hands over the data you need to your webservice.
    The service now parses the data in the way you need, outputs it as .csv / .txt or whatever file ending you need and places it on a shared drive.

    I do not know where the license file downloads are located for customers, I only get them through the partner portal.

    About your second point: You only need to apply a new lic file every time you install an Update or install server components onto a different server.
    The license you currently have installed on your system will never expire - all annual payment is only maintenance and support (except if you use Intellix Cloud, this is licensed as a service and will cease working if you stop to pay for it).

    If you migrate onto a different server, you can use the same license file you already used for the last installation - if you install an Upgrade to, lets say 7.2, you need to use a new license file which is compatible with 7.2.

    If you cancel your maintenance contract, you no longer get new license files supplied which means you can not install a new version of docuware, because the new version requires a new license file.

    If you cancel your support contract, this does not change the license files, but you may no longer contact DocuWare Support via Support Portal, Mail or phone. If you do, they will tell you their hourly support rates I suppose (not sure about this, as I never had a customer cancel support).

  • Workflow table fields data assignment

    Hello Community,

    I have another customer who works with invoices in their workflow.
    These invoices have a table field for cost center, gross amount, tax rate etc.
    I need to do some string operations for all entries of some specific columns, e.g. column cost center is filled with entries like "1234 - Cost Center A" and I need to split this to only get the number - "1234".
    What would be the best way to do this? I seem to be able to get the values from the columns as keyword fields and can even write them to a char separated string, but I can not write this modified data back into the column.

    The customer is on a 7.2 Cloud System.

    auch in der Aufgabenliste im Workflow haben Sie die Möglichkeit ein Dokument zu klammern.
    Allerdings ist es aktuell nicht möglich, den Benutzer dazu zu zwingen ein weiteres Dokument anzuhängen, bevor er die Aufgabe bestätigen kann.
    Es bestünde höchstens die (umständliche) Möglichkeit dem Benutzer eine Aufgabe zum klammern zu geben und im Anschluss über einen WebService über die API zu überprüfen ob das Dokument wirklich angeklammert wurde - falls nicht, wird die Aufgabe zurückgeschickt.

    Good Morning David,

    you are correct, the user has to sign in once in the app (or both apps if they use paper scan as well), and only have to confirm their login information again if the username, URL or password changes.
    Besides that, the user just stays logged in, no matter if the app is closed and restarted or the phone is rebooted.
