Scenario: 
When attempting to login to the DocuWare Academy, the following error message is shown;
 
 “Open ID Connect authentication unsuccessful.”

Solution:
This error occurs when there are special characters (!@#$%^&*()_?/<>,.etc)  present within the first or last name of the user's DocuWare account. To resolve this, log in to My Account at DocuWare.com and remove all special characters from your first and last name. Once completed, you will now be able to access the DocuWare Academy page.
